Launching a new initiative to support youth
The Palestinian Friendship Center for Development announced today the launch of its largest initiative for 2026, which aims to train and qualify 1,000 young men and women in the fields of technology and programming.
This initiative comes in response to the growing need in the local and global market for technical expertise, and in an effort by the center to contribute to reducing high unemployment rates.
The center’s executive director confirmed that the program will include intensive training for 6 months, followed by an incubation period and professional guidance to ensure that graduates obtain suitable job opportunities.
